  • Data Processing: We act as a Data Processor for the information you input regarding your customers. You remain the Data Controller.
  • System Integration: We use this platform to synchronize your communication channels (Email, SMS, Social Media DMs) into a single dashboard to execute your marketing strategy.
  • Analytics: The platform tracks engagement metrics (clicks, opens, conversions) to provide you with performance reports.

3. How Users Opt-In

Customers must provide explicit, verifiable consent before receiving any marketing or promotional text messages.

  • Web Forms & Pop-ups and Chat Widget: Users input their mobile numbers in a sign-up form on your website. The form must include required disclaimers stating that the user agrees to receive messages they opt-in for.

CreativeUP serves a global clientele, primarily in the United States and Europe.
