  • Data Processing: We act as a Data Processor for the information you input regarding your customers. You remain the Data Controller.
  • System Integration: We use this platform to synchronize your communication channels (Email, SMS, Social Media DMs) into a single dashboard to execute your marketing strategy.
  • Analytics: The platform tracks engagement metrics (clicks, opens, conversions) to provide you with performance reports.

3. International Data Transfers

CreativeUP serves a global clientele, primarily in the United States and Europe.

  • Storage: Data may be stored on secure servers located outside of your home country.
  • Safeguards: We ensure all data transfers comply with international standards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), to maintain a high level of protection for EU and US citizens.

4. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data or your customers’ data. Information is only shared with:

  • Sub-processors: Technical service providers who host our infrastructure and facilitate email/SMS delivery.
  • Legal Requirements: When mandated by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo or other applicable international jurisdictions.
